I feel many of the staff went beyond the duty and they communicated with me. The weekly family therapy was as good for me as it was for her. “Before PCS while I was at home I never felt it was okay to express how I feel but in PCS I could be crying and the staff would comfort me and help me work through it. I always had my journal where I could write down how I was feeling and then relate it back to my therapist on therapy day. I had been in a previous facility where they turned a blind eye to lots of things and my therapist babied me more then he would push me and make me work through things in PCS with my therapist and others I went to on occasion really pushed and made you feel things you didn’t want to feel because it was too hard or painful.”
